We are looking for motivated professionals for HDD/horizontal drilling: Operators and Navigators (m/f/d) with a passion for demanding geotechnical engineering. Working as part of a team, you will operate state-of-the-art drilling rigs, conduct drilling according to plan, monitor data, and ensure a smooth process from site preparation to completion. As an operator, you will be responsible for setting up, controlling, and monitoring the machines, checking drilling parameters, changing tools, and precisely documenting results. The Navigator ensures orientation on site: setting plumb lines, reading survey data, and coordinating with the site manager to accurately determine the drilling course and depth. Both roles require PC and measurement technology skills, adherence to safety regulations, and a meticulous work ethic.

Requirements:
✔ Experience with HDD systems or similar systems
✔ Experience in fiber optic network expansion or pipeline construction
✔ Technical understanding

✔ Driving licence with trailer capability is an advantage

✔ German or English language skills required
