In Germany, road construction is a complex process involving planning, coordination, and execution. Asphalt crews work day in and day out to create durable and safe road surfaces. Long-term projects require a clear structure: main contractors and subcontractors share responsibility for the smooth execution of utility construction, fiber optic network expansion, and civil engineering projects. Underground, civil engineering works progress to secure new cable and pipe routes for utilities and digitalization. The management of subcontractors and sub-contractors is essential: they handle specialized trades such as asphalt work, layering, and surface finishing, while overall coordination ensures adherence to deadlines.
Today, fiber optic network expansion is a crucial component of modern infrastructure. Leading subcontractors work closely with the network operator to enable high-speed internet access even in rural areas. At the same time, road repairs remain an ongoing task, ensuring potholes are filled, road damage is repaired, and the road surface's load-bearing capacity is maintained. Long-term civil engineering projects combine these disciplines: new utility lines, culverts, and supporting structures are planned to ensure Germany's future road system remains reliably paved – with safe traffic, modern fiber optics, and sustainable asphalt.

PawelKorb is immediately seeking experienced asphalt construction teams for long-term projects in the field of fiber optics and civil engineering.
The work is carried out primarily according to:
Pipeline construction work
Fiber optic expansion
Civil engineering works
Route construction
We are looking for reliable teams for:
Asphalt repairs
Restoration of roads and paths
Surface work
Working on long routes
The projects are secured for the long term and offer stable cooperation.

Requirements:
✔ Experience in asphalt construction or road construction
✔ Experience in civil engineering or fiber optic work

✔ Reliability and quality awareness
✔ Each team must have at least one person who speaks German or English.
