Your tasks
- Regularly inspect properties, coordinate maintenance, and be the contact person for tenants and tradespeople.
- Document and report any identified defects and necessary measures.
- Maintaining outdoor areas, mowing the lawn, trimming hedges, and removing leaves and plant debris.
- Carry out minor repairs and renovation work, for example painting and flooring work, according to one's own qualifications.
- Electrical work remains reserved for appropriately qualified specialists.
