Six well-maintained apartments: two on the ground floor with terraces, two on the first floor and two on the second floor with balconies. Elevator in the building. Living area with sofa and TV, private fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, double bedroom, additional single bedroom, storage room and bathroom with shower. Bed linen and towels provided. Parking directly at the building. Cleaning scope and frequency are confirmed in the offer.
Amenities also include a toilet in the bathroom, a separate guest toilet, terrace furniture and a dining table with four chairs. The living room has a new television. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, crockery, cutlery and glasses.

Monthly base rate for the entire apartment: 1 guest €1,500, 2 guests €1,700, 3 guests €1,900. More occupants mean a higher total price. All table figures cover the entire apartment at the stated occupancy, not each guest.

The table shows the rent for the entire apartment for the selected plan and occupancy. Any additional deposit is shown separately. The first partial month uses the actual calendar days in that month; full monthly rent applies thereafter. Daily rates are for comparison; the total for the period is decisive.
Fixed 7- and 14-day stays: no deposit, automatic end, no notice needed. Extensions require written confirmation. Monthly plans: €1,250 deposit unless a no-deposit plan is selected. Standard: one month's notice to month-end, including the next full calendar month. Flexible: 14 days' notice. This does not mean free cancellation.
Private bookings: displayed prices include any applicable VAT. Business bookings: displayed prices are net, plus statutory VAT. The tax rate, tax amount, services, any extras and final total are confirmed in writing before the contract is concluded.
